FAQ
Ten questions cover almost everything. If yours is not here, email us and we will add it.
01
How long does a custom table take to make?
Between 25 and 30 days. Most of that time is drying and curing rather than active work – wood must reach stable moisture content before the pour, and resin must bind chemically into the grain before the surface can be worked.
02
Is every piece really unique?
Yes, and not by choice. Every slab of solid wood has its own grain, live-edge shape and natural cracks, so no two finished pieces can be identical. Each piece is recreated from its design rather than reproduced.
03
Can I choose the wood, stones and resin colour?
Yes. Wood species and slab character, resin tint, natural stone or preserved moss inclusions, base finish and optional integrated LED lighting are all specified before production begins.
04
Can I order a size that fits my room exactly?
Yes – that is the normal case rather than the exception. Send your room dimensions and the clearance around the intended position, and the piece is built to them.
05
Do you ship outside Bulgaria?
Yes. Shipping within Europe takes 5-10 business days. Each piece is packed by hand before dispatch and a tracking number is provided once it ships.
06
Is epoxy resin heat resistant?
Not to direct heat. A hot mug is fine; a pan straight off the stove is not. Always use a trivet for serving dishes. This is the single most common cause of damage to a resin surface.
07
How do I clean and care for an epoxy resin table?
A soft damp cloth, wiped in straight passes, then dried. Avoid abrasives, acetone, alcohol-based cleaners and ammonia, and avoid permanent unshaded direct sunlight. No oiling is needed, unlike solid wood.
08
Will the resin turn yellow over time?
We use UV-stabilised resin, which resists yellowing. No resin is UV-proof indefinitely, so a piece placed in unshaded direct sun all year will shift in tone over a long period. Positioning away from constant direct sun avoids it.
09
Do you make bar counters, desks and bathroom vanities?
Yes. Alongside dining and coffee tables we make bar counters and surfaces for hospitality interiors, desks, and seamless resin bathroom vanities – all made to measure.
10
Can I return a custom piece?
Because each piece is produced individually after payment, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once production has started. If a piece arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we will find a solution.

Small variations in wood, colour and resin are not defects. They are the reason the piece cannot be repeated.
